In recent years, digital badges have grown in popularity as a visual representation of an individual’s achievements that can be shown and confirmed online.
Individuals who have had their knowledge, abilities, or competency confirmed against the SFIA Competency Framework by an authorized SFIA Assessor may now claim digital badges to display their credentials.
For each of the 121 competencies described by SFIA, knowledge, skill, and competency-based examinations, as well as digital badges, are accessible. Credly, a pioneer in the digital credential movement, issues SFIA digital badges on behalf of APMG and the SFIA Foundation.
