People became more accountable as a result of the project tasks becoming visible, physical, present, and understood.

Project managers need to employ these techniques since the tools relate to traditional project management controls, assist teams in increasing communication, and bring people together. Teams that communicate well are more effective.
When project managers are unable to communicate with the entire team, they may resort to controlling and ticking all of the project management boxes. Kanban assists them in becoming better communicators.
Overall, this is about people organizing themselves and their actions more effectively to move projects forward by focusing on the important things rather than attempting to complete everything at once.
